Currently NewsLakeâ„¢ supports feeds from X and Telegram, as well as a number of select traditional media sources across the globe. Full list of channels and sources can be found on our Supported Data Feeds section of this FAQ.
Currently we do not have any immediate plans to support these platforms. We believe that X and Telegram provide the most adequate set of social media sources. Things may change in the future with customer demand.
There are several pre-selected X and Telegram channels, as well as traditional news sources that are supported by the platform out of the box. We periodically review, add and remove channels to provide a balanced global coverage. These are the currently supported feeds:
Global news:
CNN
BBC
Fox News

CNBC
Reuters
Irna News Agency
Iran Spectator
Al Jazeera
China Xinhua
China Daily

Our analyst tier subscribers can request to add custom channel feeds to NewsLakeâ„¢ platform. Currently this capability is limited to 3 additional sources and can be done by making an explicit request to us. We are also planning to increase these limits and support self-service capabilities soon.
Our consumer and research tiers do not offer custom feeds today. However, we will be enabling our research tier subscribers with custom feeds at the same time when we provide self-service capabilities for feed customization.
The difference in ability to customize feeds between analyst and research tiers is going to be in limits on the number of custom feeds.
In short, yes, you can view the platform on mobile devices.
That said, however, it is recommended to use a desktop or a tablet, as the analytics provided through the platform are best experienced on a wider screen. Since the main purpose of the platform is to provide comprehensive analysis of posts and news, we designed it to be mainly used on a full screen. There are plans to add mobile specific version of the consumer dashboard only.
NewsLakeâ„¢ platform is best experienced in a Chrome browser. Other browsers may be supported, but because of various advanced capabilities of the dashboard we can only guarantee that it will function properly in Chrome.
